Shilre, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and that’s why we offer a return policy to ensure your peace of mind. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you’ve purchased, you have the option to return most products within 30 days of receiving your order. The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition. If the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We kindly request that you provide photographic evidence of the damage, as this will help us to address the problem more effectively and quickly.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team at hello@shilre.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with return instructions, including a return authorization and the shipping address to send the product back to us. It’s important to note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that the package reaches us safely.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, though depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

In some cases, you may wish to exchange a product instead of receiving a refund. If the exchange involves a product of different value, we may need to charge or refund the difference. Unfortunately, custom-made or personalized products, as well as final sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
